- Incorrect dimensions
- Missing design elements
Customers should carefully review all artwork before giving final approval.
6. Customer-Supplied Materials
If customers provide artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, or other materials, they confirm that they have the legal right to use those materials.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required permissions or licenses.
Wizo is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of customer-supplied intellectual property.
7. Quotations
Quotes are prepared based on the information provided by the customer.
A quotation may change if there are changes to:
- Quantity
- Dimensions
- Materials
- Printing method
- Finishing
- Artwork
- Delivery requirements
- Production specifications
A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until the customer has accepted the quotation and completed any required payment or approval process.
8. Pricing
All prices are based on the specifications available at the time of quotation.
Additional charges may apply when project requirements change after the original quotation.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or calculation errors before an order is confirmed.
9. Orders and Confirmation
An order becomes confirmed once the required information, artwork, approvals, and payment requirements have been completed.
Customers should ensure that all order information is correct before confirming production.
10. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated to the customer before production begins.
Depending on the project, Wizo may require:

Production may not begin until the required payment and approvals have been received.
11. Production
Production begins after the required artwork, specifications, approvals, and payment requirements have been completed.
Production times may vary depending on:

- Artwork approval
- Availability of materials
- Manufacturing schedules
12. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided based on the information available at the time of order.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Customs procedures

- Unexpected production issues
We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of significant delays.
13. Inspection of Orders
Customers should inspect their packaging products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
If there is a concern regarding the quantity, quality, or condition of an order, customers should contact Wizo promptly and provide relevant details and photographs where appropriate.
14. Returns and Refunds
Because many Wizo products are custom-made according to individual customer specifications, returns may be subject to specific conditions.
Customized products may not be eligible for return simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer requires the products.
Where products are defective or materially different from the approved specifications, customers should contact us so that the matter can be reviewed.
Any approved refund, replacement, or corrective action will be handled according to the applicable order terms and circumstances.
15. Changes or Cancellation of Orders
Customers should contact Wizo as soon as possible if they wish to modify or cancel an order.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible or may result in additional charges.
Any cancellation request will be reviewed based on the current production status of the order.
16. Samples and Proofs
Where samples or digital proofs are provided, they are intended to help customers review the proposed packaging before production.
Minor variations between samples, digital proofs, and final production may occur due to materials and printing processes.
17. Intellectual Property
All original Wizo website materials, including:
- Logos
- Text
- Graphics
- Images
- Website designs
- Branding
- Original content
are owned by or licensed to Wizo unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.
18. Customer Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property that they provide to Wizo.
By providing such materials, customers grant Wizo permission to use them only as reasonably necessary to complete the requested services.
19. Confidentiality
Where customers provide confidential business information, product information, artwork, or packaging concepts, Wizo will take reasonable steps to treat such information confidentially.
Customers should inform us if specific information requires special confidentiality arrangements.
20. Limitation of Liability
Wizo will make reasonable efforts to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality services.
However, we cannot be held responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including third-party delivery delays, supplier problems, technical failures, inaccurate customer information, or events outside our reasonable control.
21. Force Majeure
Wizo will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruption, supplier failure, government restrictions, strikes, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
